Grettings from Bangkok! #NepalCreativity

Estimats Amics i Mecenes.

Avui us escric des d’un terrat a un Hostal a Bangkok, estem a 34 graus, una humitat altíssima i el cel mig tapat, imagino que a alguna hora caurà algun xàfec. Però les mínimes no estan previstes que baixin dels 29.
Jo fa unes hores que he arribat. D’aquí marxo a Birmània a completar, com a voluntària també, un taller de WordPress que vaig estar fent al febrer.
I el dia 8 volo, definitivament, cap al Nepal. Quines ganes!

A Bangkok estic aprofitant per comprar algunes coses que no tinc la certesa de trobar al Nepal. Com els full transparents, que són una part molt important d’un dels cursos. Doncs és amb el que els nens més al·lucinen de veure el resultats!

També ja tinc a punt les targetes per les càmeres que em va donar Fujifilm i els pen-drives per a 8 escoles.

Estic molt contenta de com ha anat fins ara la campanya, però ara s’ha estancat un xic.
Us convido a compartir el Projecte amb familiars i amics. Així farem córrer la veu i podré  fer somriure a més nens.

Estimados Amigos y Mecenas.

Hoy os escribo desde una azotea en un Hostal en Bangkok, estamos a 34 grados, una humedad altísima y el cielo medio tapado, imagino que en algún momento caerá un chubasco. Pero las mínimas no están previstas que bajen de los 29.
Yo hace unas horas que he llegado. De aquí me voy en Birmania a completar, como voluntaria también, un taller de WordPress que estuve haciendo en febrero.
Y el día 8 vuelo, definitivamente, hacia Nepal. Qué ganas!

En Bangkok estoy aprovechando para comprar algunas cosas que no tengo la certeza de encontrar en Nepal. Como son los hoja transparentes y que son una parte muy importante de uno de los cursos. Que además es con el que los niños alucinan más de ver los resultados!

También ya tengo listas las tarjetas para las cámaras que me dio Fujifilm y los pen-drives para 8 escuelas.

Estoy muy contenta de cómo ha ido hasta ahora la campaña, pero ahora se ha estancado un poco.
Os invito a compartir el Proyecto con familiares y amigos. Así haremos correr la voz y podré hacer sonreír a más niños.

Dear Friends and Patrons.

Today I’m writing from the rooftop of a hostel in Bangkok, it is 34 degrees Celsius, with high humidity and half cloudy, I imagine that at some point some rain will fall. However, the minimum temperature will be not lower than 29.
I got here a few hours ago. From here I will go to Myanmar (Burma) to complete, as a volunteer, a WordPress workshop I started teaching in February.
And on the 8th of September I will fly towards Nepal. I can’t wait!

In Bangkok I am taking the opportunity to buy some things that I do not have the certainty I’m going to find in Nepal, such as transparency sheets which are a very important part of one of the courses. It is also the one children enjoy the most when seeing the results!

I have also already bought cards for the cameras Fujifilm gave me and  pen-drives for 8 schools.

I am very happy how the campaign has bern doing so far, but now it has stalled a bit.
I would like to invite you to share the project with friends and family, so we spread the word and I can make more children smile.
